4. Before starting the machine, you must check whether the connection between the computer and the host is correct.
5. The interval between each shutdown and startup is not less than 1 minute.
6. Check the position of the contact of the test bench limiter.
7. It is strictly forbidden to move the test table when the two fixtures are in contact, otherwise the sensor will be easily damaged.
8. Check the status of the emergency stop switch. It is in the emergency stop state when it is pressed down. After it is rotated clockwise (bounced up), it is in the moving state. The emergency stop switch should be in the moving state before the test.
9. The computer keyboard and the control box shall not press the run or stop keys at the same time.
10. Correctly select the fixture and do not overload it.
11. Before starting the test, check whether the parameter settings are correct.
12. When reading the data file, the system test settings are all changed. If the test is to be re-run, it must be reset.
13. Start the system software of the leather material tensile testing machine, and do not turn off the computer power
14. In the event of a sudden power failure, please turn off all the power supplies immediately, and turn it on after confirming that the power supply is stable.
15. Do not leave the post after the leather material tensile testing machine is running.
16. Make relevant records.
