4、 Working principle of metal detector: metal detector is generally composed of two parts, namely detection head and automatic removal device. The detection head is composed of three groups of induction coils, including the middle radiation coil and the same receiving coil on both sides. The oscillator connected by the middle radiation coil generates a high-frequency AC magnetic field, and the receiving coils on both sides are connected to make their induced voltages cancel each other before the magnetic field is disturbed. When the product containing metal foreign matters enters the detection range of the detection head, it will interfere with the magnetic field, resulting in the induced voltage of the receiving coils on both sides can not offset each other. The induced voltage without offset is processed by the sensor through the control system and generates a rejection signal, which is transmitted to the automatic rejection device.
