Equipment workflow
The product is transported to the "weighing scale" through the previous assembly line or manual feeding.
1. The product enters the "acceleration stage" of the weighing scale: the distance between the products will be widened to ensure that when entering the "weighing stage", it is a single product rather than multiple products. When the product sorting is irregular, it can also be organized by the "acceleration segment".
2. The product enters the "weighing section" of the weighing scale: the weighing system quickly detects the weight of the product; And immediately make a judgment on whether the product weight is within the target weight range. If the product weight is qualified, it will be transported out of the weighing scale without error; If the product weight is not qualified, a rejection delay signal will be given. At the same time, the system will automatically record the number of qualified and unqualified products.
3. The product enters the "rejection section" of the weighing scale: When the rejection section detects a rejection delay signal, it will make timely rejection actions to accurately reject unqualified products.
