(3) The installation site should eliminate heating equipment such as electric heaters and furnaces, and there should be no strong alkali, strong acid, or electromagnetic induction around the installation site;
(4) Ensure that the road surface at the installation site is stable, otherwise frequent vibrations can cause the metal detector to not operate smoothly and normally.
What should be noted for the application of metal detection machines?
1. Before using a metal detection machine, it is necessary to inspect the equipment to ensure that it can operate normally. And don't forget to check whether there are any residues on the inspection camera and conveyor belt. If there are residues, they should be removed immediately.
2. Turn on the metal detection machine and use detection blocks for testing before starting the inspection.
