Because the needle detector is a highly sensitive detection instrument, it has strict regulations on the relativity of natural environment and machine maintenance. Usually, after application for a period of time, the needle detector will produce some common "common faults", so in normal application, it is necessary to ensure that part of the conveyor belt and other vulnerable positions are cleaned on time every day.
The cleaning methods and common problems are as follows:
1. Cleaning supplies: find a neat towel and wring it dry when soaked in water until it can't wring out water.
2. Conveyor belt surface cleaning: note that the sensitivity of the needle detector should be adjusted to the minimum level before cleaning. If the needle detector has b/c mode, please adjust the needle detector to C mode to prevent too high sensitivity from endangering the next cleaning work. Then straighten the towel and press it properly on the surface of the conveyor belt, start the machine and make the machine run for more than five cycles (the purpose is to better clean up the pollutants on the surface of the conveyor belt, which can be used autonomously and flexibly), then wash and dry the towel, and repeat this process again to wipe the conveyor belt until there is no significant pollutants on the surface of the conveyor belt;
3. Clean the reverse side of the conveyor belt: then clean and wring the towel, cross the towel over the bottom of the conveyor belt from under the machine, straighten the towel, draw the towel into the front face of the transportation table, hurry to both sides of the towel, and start the machine to run the machine for several weeks. Because the bottom of the conveyor belt is the smelliest area, it must be scrubbed many times. After several weeks of each operation, the towel needs to be pulled out for cleaning and the above process needs to be repeated again.
4. How to judge the actual effect of cleaning: after the needle detector conveyor belt passes the above two cleaning processes, adjust the sensitivity to level 8 or the maximum sensitivity, start the machine and let the machine run. If the machine operates stably and the indicator light of the metal material part of the camera does not flash, then put clothes without all metal material residues, and the clothes can pass through the safe passage of the needle detector, that is, the conveyor belt cleaning is successful!
If after cleaning through the above process, you still find that the camera light flashes continuously after starting the machine, and clothes cannot pass through, you should repeat the above cleaning process again. At the same time, during the clean-up operation, the surrounding factors that affect the environment must be prevented, such as staff walking, large machine spacing is too close, and other factors must be considered!
