Convenient X-ray machines are divided into industrial product flaw detection X-ray machines and medical orthopedic flaw detection X-ray machines.


Orthopedic X-ray machine: used for detecting limb bone injuries in household pets, and for medical purposes to determine the closure of bone fractures and bone age. Can be connected to a computer film machine for printing, automatically generating images.

Industrial flaw detection X-ray machine: suitable for internal flaw detection of circuit boards, sensors, electronic chips and components, die-casting parts, perspective inspection of internal structures of heating plates and electric heating wires, detection of bubble welds and welding cracks. Equipped with high sensitivity, high-definition real-time imaging, achieving non-destructive testing.


The AOSHI portable X-ray machine uses a flat panel image intensifier and a built-in high-voltage generator. Due to the fast response and high sensitivity of the flat panel image intensifier, the machine dose is very low, which ensures the safety of both the operator and the patient.


1, The portable X-ray machine has the following characteristics:

2, Usage of AOSHI Convenient X-ray Machine
(1) Before use, first check the appearance of the instrument box for any damage during transportation. Open the box and inspect the host for any signs of collision damage. Then remove the host, align the three notches of the cover plate with the three screws at the front of the display screen, and push it in. Rotate one angle to fix the cover plate.


(2) Connect the power supply of the whole machine, the power on/off indicator light is on, and the digital display head of the host is on. Press the self-locking start button, and the digital display will show the anode voltage or anode current of the X-ray tube, indicating that the instrument is working normally. At this time, the fluorescent screen will turn yellow green. Place the measured object between the X-ray tube and the image intensifier (try to get the object as close as possible to the image intensifier), and you can see the perspective image of the measured object on the fluorescent screen. Adjust the current and voltage adjustable knobs on the digital display panel until the image clarity is satisfactory. Under the premise of ensuring clear image, low current should be used for perspective as much as possible.


(3) When the self-locking start button is pressed by hand, the X-ray tube emits radiation, and there is a work indicator light on the digital display panel. Pressing the self-locking start button again or when the timer expires, the handheld X-ray tube stops working.


(4) This instrument should be used intermittently. If the continuous working time is too long and exceeds the effective working temperature range of the machine, the machine will automatically shut down. At this time, the overtemperature indicator light on the digital display board will light up. The machine needs to be stopped for a moment until the temperature drops before it can resume work. The shutdown time depends on the ambient temperature.
